Activity First Aid

Course covers basic life support and emergency first aid. It is designed for those who are involved in any form of outdoor activities, including sports, leisure and recreation.

Training includes:

  • Responsibilities and reporting
  • Assessment of the situation
  • Dealing with an unresponsive casualty
  • Basic hygiene
  • Fractures
  • Drowning injuries
  • Electrical injuries
  • Heat and cold
  • Resuscitation
  • Heart attacks
  • Minor injuries
  • Bleeding control
  • Diabetes
  • Spinal injuries
  • Angina
  • Choking
  • Seizures
  • Shock
  • Asthma
  • Burns

A maximum of 12 delegates per course

Delegate work booklets are included

Certificates and course registration cost £5.50 to £10.50 per participation, subject to course type.
