George Panayi

George joined PRICE Training in 2019 as a Trainer, following a six-year career as a professional cricketer with Warwickshire. Since then, his role has developed significantly, and he is now Training Manager, responsible for leading all training delivered at PRICE Training. In this role, George manages and supports the Training Team, ensuring the highest standards of delivery are consistently maintained across all courses.

As part of his work, George oversees quality assurance, safeguarding the fidelity of PRICE’s techniques and making sure training remains both practical and effective. He also responds to customer enquiries around practice, provides ongoing support, and contributes to sales activities, helping organisations find the right training solutions for their needs.

In addition to managing the team, George continues to deliver training himself, working with customers across social care, education, sport, and leisure. He is particularly passionate about equipping staff and volunteers with the skills to handle disruption and conflict safely, ensuring events and services can run smoothly.
