Schools & Education Services: Positive Approaches to Challenging Behaviour
Course Overview
Who’s it for?
Our Schools & Education Positive Approaches to Challenging Behaviour (PACB) training is specifically designed to support professionals across a range of educational settings including mainstream schools, academies, special educational provisions and residential schools.
With a knowledge base rooted in Positive Behaviour Support and trauma informed practice, our courses provide a human rights and person-centred framework that recognises the importance of promoting dignity, choice and inclusion for those being supported. Coupled with a range of primary, secondary and tertiary strategies, PRICE Training equips delegates to make sense of behaviour and respond positively to reduce the use of restraint. Our training embraces the PACE methodology to help gain an understanding of what children and young people are feeling in order to build relationships and a sense of security.
