Terri is PRICE Training’s Innovation Lead, responsible for driving forward projects and initiatives that ensure the organisation continues to lead the way in Behaviour Support Training. Her focus is on developing and embedding new ideas, approaches, and improvements that strengthen the quality and impact of our services for customers across all sectors.

With extensive experience leading large-scale start-ups, organisational change, and service improvement projects, Terri is skilled at shaping culture, embedding continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams. She brings a proven track record in governance, stakeholder engagement, and service design, alongside a deep understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Terri’s role is central to PRICE Training’s commitment to continual growth and innovation, ensuring our programmes remain relevant, evidence-based, and responsive to the needs of the organisations we support.
