Our Process
At PRICE Training, we work from a strong, evidence-based framework that gives organisations a clear and consistent structure. Within that structure, we shape each programme to reflect your context, your workforce, and the needs of the people you support. This balance of proven practice and tailored adaptation ensures training is both dependable and genuinely relevant.
Step 1 – Initial Conversation
We begin with an open discussion to learn about your organisation, your workforce, and the challenges you face.
This helps us understand your priorities and what outcomes matter most to you.
Step 2 – Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Our training is guided by a detailed Training Needs Analysis, ensuring every course is bespoke and relevant to your setting.
We also help you decide whether delegate training or developing your own in-house trainer is the best fit for your organisation.
Step 3 – Tailored Programme Design
Using the TNA, we design a modular programme that suits your setting, with flexible delivery options such as twilight or weekend sessions.
PRICE Training’s Positive Approaches to Challenging Behaviour (PACB©) curriculum is RRN / Bild ACT-approved.
At the booking stage, we’ll confirm whether your service is classed as ‘mandatory’. If not, we’ll discuss whether you would still like your course delivered in line with RRN standards.
Programmes that include physical skills require annual refreshers to maintain compliance, safety, and confidence.
Step 4 – Delivery and Ongoing Support
We deliver training in a way that works for your team, blending theory with practical skills.
For in-house trainers, we provide access to a secure online area with a resource library, technique videos, and guidance materials to support ongoing learning and consistency.
Step 5 – Review and Continuous Improvement
Our process doesn’t stop once training is complete.
We work in partnership with you to review outcomes, embed sustainable practice, and provide refreshers or additional support to maintain workforce competence and confidence.
